You take no damage. Enemies still do.
Your Instinct stays full.
Enemies cannot see you, but they still hear you: running near them makes them investigate. A fight, a takedown, or a smoke bomb with more than one enemy around still gives you away.
NPCs/Enemies 1
Enemies stay in what they were doing when you turned this on, so they do not react to kills or takedowns, even close together. Distractions do not work while it is on: turn it off to lure someone, then on again. An enemy who saw a takedown freezes until you turn it off.
Q-Lens 1
The Q-Lens battery and chemical resources stay full.
Weapon 3
Your weapon never runs out of rounds in the clip, so you never reload. Your spare ammo is untouched.
Your weapon has no spread.
Your weapon has perfect accuracy.
