Your ships' SP is set to 999 whenever the game checks their HP.
Your ships' abilities are kept ready: their cooldown counters are set to 0. The table calls it Abilities Set to Massive.
Resources 3
Hydrium, proto energy and data are set to 9999 while the resource bar is shown.
Optional deployments are set to 9999 while the resource bar is shown.
Turn on, then view your resources so the values appear, and change them.
Enemies 1
Enemy ships get no moves, actions or counters.
