Health is set back to its maximum each time the game reads it. Works on whichever unit the game is reading, so enemies may be kept at full health too.
The Bladestorm gauge is kept at 99 whenever it is lower, for units without the flag the table's script checks (a bit of the unit's state that it uses to skip some units).
Skill cooldowns are written as 100 each time the game reads them, so skills are ready again at once.
