Your health is set to 29 each time the game checks it. Written at a fixed place in the May 2023 build; on another build the toggle refuses instead of writing.
The next mana upgrade jumps the mana upgrade count to 46 instead of adding one. The table calls it Sets Max Mana as 20 in next upgrade.
Cards 2
Drinking a health potion no longer uses up a charge.
The Ice Bomb card's charges are set to 13 each time it is used.
Progress 3
Each coin pick-up is worth 16 times as much. The table calls it Coin gain x8; its code multiplies by 16.
Each time you upgrade or downgrade a card, the rune count the game writes back gets 2 more.
Experience gained is multiplied by 8.
