Your health is set to 9999 each time the game refreshes the health bar. The game has to have shown the health bar once (start a mission) before this can be turned on.
Your stamina is held full. Works once you are in a mission.
Weapons 2
Each time the game sets your clip, it is set to 999 rounds instead. Works once you have fired a shot in a mission.
Each time the game sets your reserve ammo, it is set to 999 instead. Works once your ammo has changed in a mission.
Progress 2
Adds 100 to every experience gain. Works once you have gained experience once.
Your unspent stat points are set to 99 when the stats screen reads them. Open the stats screen once before turning it on.
