Mana is set to 12 every time the game reads it. Can't be on together with Unlimited Health & Mana.
Health and mana are both set to 12 where the game reads mana (the table's Combo-Code). Can't be on together with Unlimited Mana.
An item's count is set to 10 when the game reads it.
Revives are set to 99 whenever the game reads them.

The attack cooldown is never stored, so you can attack again at once. Now and then a charge still takes a moment, as the table notes.
