Hits on you, and on your horse, are ignored. Does not stop fall damage.
Your equipment weighs nothing.
The horse may still run away or vanish if it is hit several times in a row; God Mode/Ignore Hits also covers the horse and prevents that.
Combat 5
Enemies ignore you, but they will notice you if you attack them.
Your hits do 9,999,999 damage.
Damage enemies take is multiplied by this.
Damage you and your horse take is divided by this.
Items 2
Takes effect when you use items: their amounts are reset to the maximum.
Runes 3
Your runes are kept at this amount while on. It is applied when the game next adds to or takes from your runes (picking some up, for example).
Runes you gain are multiplied by this.
World 3
The time of day stops.
Each press moves the time of day on by an hour. The first press puts in the time of day hook, which stays in until the trainer is reset or unloaded.
The whole game runs this many times faster (below 1, slower).
Movement 1
Locks your height; Fly Up and Fly Down move you up and down, and you move freely with the usual controls. Be near the ground when you turn it off, or the fall may kill you (God Mode and Infinite HP do not stop fall damage). Try not to jump while flying: stuck in the jump for too long, you may die from fall damage.

Set a value, then press its button. It is applied when the game next adds to or takes from your runes (picking some up, for example). The first press puts in the hook that applies them, which stays in until the trainer is reset or unloaded.
Your maximum HP is kept at this while on.
Your maximum FP is kept at this while on.
