Edit your empire's treasury, research and standing. Turn on Track Empire, open the Empire screen, then turn it off again so the values stay on your empire: the game reads every empire's data through the same code, so leaving it on can switch to another empire. Values are read from the game while it runs; type one to set it.

Edit one colony's stockpiles and defences. Turn on Track Colony, open the colony you want, then turn it off to keep the values on that colony. Read from the game while it runs; type a value to set it.

Edit a ship design and its hull. Turn on Track Ship Design, open the design in the ship designer, then turn it off to keep the values on that design. Hull values are shared by every design on that hull, for every empire. Read from the game while it runs; type a value to set it.

Edit the rules every empire shares: colony and starbase upkeep, base fleet support, scrap values and more. Turn on Track Empire Rules and open the Create Custom Race screen once (from the main menu), then turn it off. Read from the game while it runs; type a value to set it.
