Health is set to 100 each time the game reads it. The hook is on the game's shared health read, so it may keep monsters at full health too.
The exhaustion counter is held at 0, so running never tires your character. Takes effect the next time the game reads the value.
Weapons 1
The loaded rounds of the weapon in hand are set to 999 each time the game checks them, so you never have to reload.
