Buildings' health is never lowered.
The building under the mouse: hover or click the one you want, and don't run the mouse over another, or it switches. Changes show once you leave the building and open it again.
One weapon slot of the building under the mouse at a time: pick the slot, then change its values. A slot the building doesn't have shows nothing.
