Turn this on, then open the warehouse resupply window once: your budget and reputation are then read from the game and set to what you type. The table calls it Budget & Reputation Script.
The research speed factors the headquarters use when a research task is accepted or started go from 0.5 or 1 to 10,000, so research finishes almost at once. Applies to tasks started after it is on.
Boat 2
The boat's resources (battery charge, oxygen, crew discipline and the other values the game keeps as resources) neither go down nor up.
The ballast tanks' fill no longer changes, so the boat keeps its depth. The table's note: it resurfaces once.
Crew 1
Your crew's fatigue stays where it is.
