The blight (disease) no longer builds up on you.
Chopping and running no longer use stamina.
Multiplies your walk speed by the value you set.

Dragging part of a stack to another slot adds to the stack you take from instead of taking away from it, so the items are copied.
Tools, weapons and other items no longer lose condition as you use them.
